These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Swasth Family website and the purchase of products through it, operated by [Patels Creations Pvt Ltd], registered at [registered business address] ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Pricing

All products listed are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and promotional offers (including the ₹600 Family Set campaign) at any time without prior notice, and to limit campaign eligibility to specific partner apartments as displayed at checkout.

2. Apartment Partner Delivery Model

Swasth Family fulfils orders from participating apartment communities acting as local stock points. Delivery timelines, product availability, and campaign pricing may vary by apartment/zone. Orders placed under a partner-apartment campaign are validated server-side and may be declined if eligibility criteria are not met, even if initially displayed.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are processed directly and securely by Razorpay. An order confirmation email is sent once payment is verified.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information, including a valid mobile number and email address, as these are used for order updates and account verification (OTP).

6. Delivery & Stock Partners

Delivery partners and apartment stock partners operate under a separate partnership arrangement with Swasth Family and are not employees. Commission terms are governed by that separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Swasth Family is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, stock unavailability, or delivery issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [city, state].
